3. Customer Obligations

4. Quotations, Charges & Payments

While we make every effort to adhere to committed timelines, we shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, carrier disruptions, or regulatory interventions.

6. Liability & Limitations

Our liability, where applicable, shall be limited in accordance with the governing transport conventions, carrier terms, and applicable laws. Certain types of indirect or consequential losses are generally excluded.
